Not made well

The dress is huge even though we used the size chart to order. There are several rhinestones missing on the straps, and the butterfly appliqué is just hanging on both sides, completely unattached. The lining of the dress is not sewn properly, so the dress doesn’t fall flat like it should. It’s so disappointing because it could have been such a lovely dress.
